Creative Eye Home Staging—located in Southern Chester County, Pennsylvania—was founded in 2005 when the owner, Kim Dillon, recognized the need for a local service to provide sellers with assistance in preparing their properties for sale.

With a BBA in Business Administration, but always interested in interior design, Kim trained in Scottsdale, Arizona where she received her certification as an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). Since its inception, Creative Eye has gained many satisfied customers—Realtors and homeowners alike—in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania.

The company is a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP), Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce and an Affiliate Member of Suburban West Realtor Association.
